Terms & Conditions

Contribution Terms of Exchange

Projects offering prints in exchange for a monetary contribution are described in the initial communication and are part of an independent artistic practice.

Each exchange is approached with care, clarity, and mutual respect.

Changes to the Offering

As this is an evolving artistic process, small adjustments may occur. Any meaningful changes will be communicated clearly.

This is a process built on patience, trust, and shared regard for the work. Thank you for taking part in its continuation.

Nature of the Offering

Contributions made through this site support an ongoing artistic project, including the acquisition of equipment and materials.

In return, supporters may select a print based on the contribution level outlined. This is a small-scale, artist-led process—not a mass retail transaction.

Contributions & Print Selection

Prints are offered as a gesture of exchange and appreciation. After contributing, you will be invited to confirm:

  • Your selected image
  • Preferred print size
  • Fulfillment details

Selections are subject to availability within the defined scope of the project.

Production & Fulfillment

All prints are produced to order. The project will have a clear timeline communicated at the outside, including the project terminus. All contributions meeting the exchange offering terms will be fulfilled upon receipt of all required funds, allowing for scheduling windows that will be clearly communicated in order to reduce costs for all.

Please allow additional time for:

  • Image preparation
  • Printing
  • Packaging and delivery
  • Each print is handled individually and may carry slight tonal or material variations.
  • Ongoing communication of status of print production aspects will be closely monitored for timeliness, quality of care, and final confirmation of fulfillment/delivery by either the artist directly or through certified mail or service.

Editioning & Artist Rights

  • All works remain the intellectual property of the artist.
  • Prints are intended for personal enjoyment and may not be reproduced or resold without permission.
  • Edition sizes will remain limited and documented as part of the practice.

Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of this project:

  • Contributions are generally non-refundable.
  • If a fulfillment issue arises, it will be addressed directly and in good faith.
  • If the project is unable to proceed as intended, contributors will be contacted with options.

Shipping & Responsibility

Shipping details will be confirmed after contribution.

The artist is not responsible for delays once items are in transit, but will assist in resolving issues where possible.

Contributor Recognition

Supporters may be acknowledged publicly only with their consent. Privacy preferences will be respected at all times.

Communication

Project updates may be shared periodically. Communication will remain limited, relevant, and respectful of your time and inbox.
