Born and raised in Cincinnati, Carolyn Parker was exposed to a myriad of cultural opportunities with the freedom to explore her city in ways that are no longer encouraged in this new age of danger.
She has since worked with many renowned brands and designers, and has very recently switched course to work exclusively on her own fine art photography, curated herein as Artifacts.
She developed an interest in drawing and painting at a young age, but it was her studies at the Art Academy of Cincinnati in the mid-70s (when it was still closely affiliated and physically connected with the Cincinnati Art Museum) that set her life’s vocation on a focused path in the arts.
Tracadie is an active extension of her current work, featuring ancestral contributions within the humanities, religion, politics, and government leadership.
